• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.

Any Content and or comment uploaded by you, shall be subject to relevant Indian laws and may be disabled, or and may be subject to investigation under appropriate laws. Furthermore, if you are found to be in non-compliance with the laws and regulations, these terms, or the privacy policy of the Site, the Company shall have the right to immediately terminate/block your access and usage of the Site and the Company shall have the right to immediately remove any non-compliant Content and or comment, uploaded by you and shall further have the right to take recourse to such remedies as would be available to the Company under the applicable laws.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Shopping Friendly, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, infringement of laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other third-party rights.

This indemnity does not extend to any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from sales, transactions, products, or services provided by merchants featured on the Site.

This indemnity obligation survives the termination or expiry of this Agreement.

TERMINATION /SUSPENSION

The Shopping Friendly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, refuse service, restrict, suspend, or prohibit access to the Site, terminate your account, or deactivate any associated services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Use.

Upon such termination or suspension, your right to access and use The Shopping Friendly’s Site will immediately cease. Any data or content you have stored on the Site may not be retrievable after termination or suspension.

Causes for termination or suspension may include, but are not limited to:

• Requests or directives from enforcement or government agencies,
• Possible legal liabilities,
• Infringement of intellectual property rights of any third party,

• Harassment of our employees or other Users.

The Shopping Friendly may exercise these rights at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such actions.
