How to Use a Lakmé Coupon Code

1. Select Products: Visit lakmeindia.com and add your desired makeup or skincare items to your shopping bag.
2. Review Shopping Bag: Click the bag icon in the upper-right corner to open your cart summary. Ensure your subtotal meets any required minimum spend (e.g., ₹1,499 for first-order codes).
3. Proceed to Checkout: Click the "Checkout" button to enter the delivery details page.
4. Locate Promo Code Box: On the right-hand order summary panel (or under the payment summary on mobile), locate the box labeled Coupon Code or Promo Code.
5. Apply Your Coupon Code: Look for the coupon or promo code field during checkout, enter your Lakmé code, such as LAKMEFIRST, and click Apply. Once the offer is accepted, confirm that the eligible discount is reflected in your order total before you proceed with payment.

Lakmé Sale & Discount Guide

• Combining Markdowns with Promo Codes: Sitewide sale prices are applied directly to product listing prices. Eligible promo codes (such as LAKMEFIRST for new accounts) can be applied on top of sale-discounted cart items, provided the post-markdown subtotal meets the coupon's minimum threshold.
• Payment Incentives During Sales: Instant bank offers (such as 5% to 10% cashbacks or instant card discounts) frequently launch during major sale events, working alongside sitewide discounts.

Why Is My Lakmé Coupon Code Not Working?

Detailed Diagnostic Points:

1. Minimum Order Value Requirement: Codes like LAKMEFIRST mandate a minimum subtotal of ₹1,499. If cart modifications or item removals drop your subtotal below ₹1,499, the code automatically detaches.
2. New-User Account Restrictions: First-order coupons validate eligibility based on purchase history. If an account, email address, or phone number has a recorded prior transaction on lakmeindia.com, the code will be rejected.
3. One-Time Coupon Use: Lakmé promo codes are generally intended for a single use. Once a coupon has been applied to an order, it may no longer be available for another purchase, so check the applicable terms before using your code.
4.  Crucially, if you apply a coupon code to an order that is subsequently cancelled (by you or the merchant), the code is treated as consumed and will generally not re-apply to future attempts.
5. Product Category Exclusions: Select newly launched collections or deeply discounted clearance items may be excluded from additional promotional code applications.
6. Typographical Errors: Coupon codes are case-sensitive and must be entered without extra spaces. Typing LAKMEFIRST in all caps without trailing spaces prevents syntax validation failures.
7. Incompatible Stacking: The Lakmé checkout system permits only one alphanumeric promo code per transaction. Attempting to enter a second coupon code overwrites the previously applied code.

Lakmé Coupon Terms & Important Notes

• Single-Code Limit: Only one promo code can be redeemed per online transaction. However, promo codes can be used alongside automatic prepaid discounts and Glam Squad point redemptions.
• Cancellation Policy Effect: If an order containing a promo code discount is cancelled prior to shipment, the refund is processed for the net amount paid. The applied coupon code is marked as redeemed and cannot be reinstated for a subsequent order.
• Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery exclusively for defective or physically damaged items. Items must be returned unopened in original packaging with original tags and any included promotional free gifts.
• Glam Squad Redemption Limit: Glam Squad reward points can be redeemed on orders with a minimum spend of ₹100. Points used on orders that are subsequently returned are credited back to your Glam Squad wallet upon return verification.
• Online vs. Salon Validity: Promotional codes featured on lakmeindia.com apply strictly to online store product purchases. They cannot be redeemed for services at physical Lakmé Salons or Lakmé Academy centers, which run independent promotional programs (such as Runway Rewards).
